IOC:
It said my video was too big so I emailed the video.

Grading:
Crit A: 5 I think I had insightful things but I had a hard time coming up with style to back it up. Mainly i had plot things backing me up.

Crit B: 4 Basicaly the same as what i said for A. I had some style things but mainly it was about plot.

Crit C:3 I had a few times where i added in things that i had forgot to mention or just that i didn't think ahead so my categories didn't really fit what i was doing.

Crit D: 2.5 I had a lot of times where I forgot what words were,  I called stylistic features stuff the author does, and I think that i was to casual overall.

I think your self-assessment was spot-on. Here are some suggestions:
I like what you start out by saying about the three parts, but you lack specificity as far as purpose.
Make sure you have a statement of purpose for the passage or a thesis- what is the author trying to do here and how? You jump right over that and it would weaken your score overall because there's nothing to link to/nothing you're trying to prove.
As far as organization- keep linking back to that statement at the beginning of each part/section. Remember that you don't need to go line by line (you can color code or number the examples you want to use). I think you got thrown off by looking at each line in order.
Make sure you bring in a bit more context as far as the novel overall (something little, like why it was written and a brief, brief summary (like 1-2 sentences). Additionally, make sure you really just focus on the passage itself and don't move too far beyond it.
I agree about the reader/effect...think about it like textual evidence of device/techinique that supports thesis, what it's meaning is in the passage, and the effect/ what the reader should understand (why this technique/device as opposed to another...?)
